Project Overview

Anderson’s Plumbing in Sacramento was getting digital marketing from a “big” SEO and web design company, paying a lot of money per month with little to show for it. We did an audit on their site and online presence and recommended moving away from their provider and using Techeffex services. We built a new website and have been providing better SEO – for a lot less. We are seeing tremendous progress and our client couldn’t be happier!

What We Did

Our first step was to get Anderson’s Plumbing into a new website. The company they were with had designed a mediocre website and essentially held them captive because they would need to pay ridiculous fees to take full ownership of the their site. This is a common tactic among unscrupulous digital marketing providers. These guys give us all a bad name so we were happy to work with Anderson’s Plumbing to get them a new WordPress site (which they own!) at a fair price.

SEO

With the new site in place, we were able to turn our attention to SEO and start building their presence in the Sacramento area.

  • Content Strategy: We built out pages to support the service areas they cover and focus on keywords that customers are searching on.
  • Link Building: Implemented a targeted link-building strategy to increase domain authority and drive referral traffic from reputable websites.
  • Local SEO: Focus on local SEO tactics to improve visibility in local search results, ensuring Anderson’s Plumbing reaches its target audience in specific service areas.

Results

Anderson’s Plumbing is in the game and making steady progress every month with increased search impressions, website traffic and most importantly, phone calls!
